High Power Output = Faster Charges
The A607 has 80 Watts of total circuit power. Watts = Voltage x Amps. This means that you can charge your high voltage batteries at a higher amp rate with this charger. This equals faster charge times and less waiting around. To calculate the max charge rate, divide the Watt Power of the Charger by the Voltage of your Battery Pack. See the examples below:

Charge 2 Batteries at Once
The A607 has enough power to efficiently charge 2 batteries at once. Using a “Twins” Charging Adapter from GT Power, you can charge two 2S 7.4V LiPo packs or even two 3S 11.1V LiPo packs at one time! You can also charge two NiMh batteries at once using a series connection. (Please note that charging two batteries at once functions best when batteries are of equal size mAh and equally discharged.)
Optimized operating software
When charging or discharging, the A607 has an `Auto` function that sets the current automatically. This prevents overcharging of Lithium batteries. Every charging program in the A607 is controlled with mutual links and communication to eliminate possible errors, introducing maximum charging safety.
High-power and high-performance circuitry
The A607 employs a circuit that has a maximum output power of 80W. As a result it can charge or discharge up to 15 cells of NiCd/NiMH and 6 series of Lithium batteries with a maximum current of 7.0 Amps.
It has an individual-cell-voltage balancer inside. This does not require any extra balancer when charging Lithium batteries (Lilo/LiPO/LiFe) for proper cell voltage balancing. It also balances cells on discharge.
Lithium Battery `Fast` and `Storage` Modes
Fast charge reduces the charging time of Lithium batteries. Storage mode will charge or discharge the battery to the proper voltage level for when you plan to shelve the battery for an extended period of time.
