Shipping Charges can be calculated on the shopping cart page. There is no need to have an account with us just to see our shipping charges. Simply add your desired items to your shopping cart and choose a destination at the bottom of the shopping cart page. The exact shipping charges will appear.
Free Shipping Eligibility: We offer a Free Standard Shipping option for orders being shipped to the Contiguous United States that subtotal at least $99.00 (pre-tax). International orders are not eligible for the free shipping option. If your order is being shipped to the Contiguous US and is over $99.00, the Free Standard Shipping option will be displayed for you in the cart and during checkout.
Shipping Timeframes: You can see when your order will ship on the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages. It can also be seen on your Order Details page. Once your order ships from our location, it will arrive to you in the timeframe listed on the shipping method that you choose. Please be aware that some methods are guaranteed transit speeds while others are estimated transit speeds.
We ship overseas: Don’t live in the USA? That’s OK! We are more than happy to make new friends overseas and have courteous relations with you.
We ship to APO’s. Not a problem. It is a pleasure serving those who serve our country in the Armed Forces. Though, some products are restricted and cannot be shipped to APO’s.
Shipping Carriers: We offer both USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping methods. Accurate shipping quotes can be calculated in your shopping cart based on your Zip Code. There is no need to make an account with us just to see our shipping prices. We stream live data from USPS and UPS servers for accurate and up to date shipping costs.
Tracking Numbers: We include tracking numbers for USPS and UPS shipments with every order. Tracking is emailed to you when your order ships. You can also view tracking in your account or on the order tracking page if you checked out as a guest.
Billing & Shipping Address: Please make sure that your shipping address either matches the billing address that is on your credit card or is listed as an alternate shipping address on file with your card issuer. For your protection, we will not ship to addresses that are not listed with your credit card company. This is an attempt to guard you against credit card fraud.
Insurance: Upon shipment of your package, we are hereby released of liability and responsibility has been transferred to the carrier and purchaser of the package (unless shipping insurance is purchased during checkout). Shipments are provided with tracking/confirmation numbers. These tracking/confirmation numbers confirm the shipment of your package by us.
For defective products: Contact the manufacturer directly. Manufacturers warranty their products directly and do not allow hobby shops to handle warranty issues.
For non-defective products: If the product you are returning is not defective, a restocking fee may apply. So please be upfront with us as to the nature of your return so that you do not incur unexpected charges. We are not responsible for return shipping charges on non-defective items. Original shipping and insurance charges cannot be refunded in part or whole for returned shipments.
Incorrect Items: If we shipped you the incorrect item(s), we will gladly arrange for the item(s) to be returned and have the correct item(s) shipped out to you. We will certainly pay all associated shipping charges.

Shipping insurance may be purchased for your order during checkout for a small additional fee. Most stores automatically charge you for insurance by bundling it into the shipping charge. But we give you the choice and a chance to save some money. Please remember that we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods once packages are handed over to their carriers unless shipping insurance is purchased. So purchasing shipping insurance is a good idea.
For undelivered insured packages: We will work with the carrier and make every effort to get your package to you. In the event that your package cannot be delivered by the carrier, we will issue a reshipment of the goods to you at no charge for the goods or for the shipping charge. One reshipment is allowed per insurance fee paid by the customer. If you would like the replacement package insured, you will have to pay the additional insurance fee. In the event that you would rather not receive a reshipment of the insured goods, store credit will be issued.
For damaged items in an insured package: Replacing damaged items can be done in two ways. 1) The item can be sent back to us. Upon receipt of the item by us, we will reship a replacement item to you. Shipping fees that you incur will also be reimbursed by us. 2) For a more rapid replacement we can issue you a replacement item(s) immediately by charging you for the item(s) price. Upon receipt of the replacement item, you will have two weeks to ship the damaged item back to us. If the damaged item is not returned or is returned past the two week allotted time period, fees will apply.
